Bahan Sadegh
Bahan Sadegh is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of NETtime Solutions. In addition to setting the Company Vision, Mr. Sadegh is actively involved in the design and development of the flagship StratusTime software. Previously, Mr. Sadegh served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to founding NETtime Solutions, Mr. Sadegh served as an engineering consultant for Fortune 500 semiconductor companies. He holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Mathematics and Business from Arizona State University.

James (Jim) Armstrong
As Managing Partner of Canal Partners, Jim Armstrong is responsible for identification of potential acquisition targets, due diligence, financial analysis and final investment decision making.

In addition to his role with Canal Partners, Mr. Armstrong is chairman of the board of JDA Software Group, Inc., which he founded in Calgary, Alberta in 1978. JDA Software is focused on helping companies quickly realize real supply chain and revenue management results. Mr. Armstrong served as Chief Executive Officer of JDA Software from 1987 to 1997 and again from 1999 to 2003.

Mr. Armstrong serves on a wide range of boards and foundations including Omnilink Systems, Inc., the Armstrong Family Foundation, the Kiita Foundation and the Rancho Feliz Charitable Foundation.

Todd Belfer
Todd Belfer is Managing Partner of Canal Partners and is responsible for identification of potential acquisition targets, due diligence, financial analysis and final investment decision making.

In addition to his role with Canal Partners, Mr. Belfer is managing partner of National PEO, a leading provider of human resources services. In 1990, Mr. Belfer co-founded Employee Solutions, Inc. He also co-founded M.D. Labs in 1993. He was a founder of the successful Japanese restaurant chain RA. In 2002, Mr. Belfer founded NETtime Solutions where he serves as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Belfer has been a dedicated volunteer with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the Holocaust Museum and the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Mr. Belfer has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a real estate degree from the University of Arizona.

Robert (Bob) Zimmerman, Esq.
Bob Zimmerman is a practicing attorney in Wausau, Wisconsin. As a CPA and an attorney, Mr. Zimmerman concentrates his practice in business related areas. He received his CPA certificate while working in the tax department of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He assists clients with business formation, acquisition and merger, tax planning, estate planning, finance, real estate, partnerships, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships.

Mr. Zimmerman is a member of the board of NETtime Solutions as well as a board member of other non-publicly traded corporations. He is also the head of the Finance Committee at St. Michael’s parish in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Wain Kellum
Wain Kellum is the CEO of Vocalocity, a fast growing cloud-based communications company that serves over 15,000 small businesses. In 2011, Vocalocity was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the US by Deliotte.

Prior to joining Vocalocity, Mr. Kellum developed a solid track record of rapid revenue growth and successful outcomes for a diverse group of technology companies he has managed. He has deep experience organically growing companies; buying and integrating companies; forming strategic alliances; and raising capital.

Mr. Kellum has investments in an assortment of private companies and currently serves on the board of NETtime Solutions. He is the Chair Emeritus and served as the Chairperson of TechBridge from 2006 – 2009.

Mr. Kellum has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Georgia State University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
