Bahan Sadegh
Bahan Sadegh is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of NETtime Solutions. In addition to setting the Company Vision, Mr. Sadegh is actively involved in the design and development of the flagship NETtime software. Previously, Mr. Sadegh served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to founding NETtime Solutions, Mr. Sadegh served as an engineering consultant for Fortune 500 semiconductor companies.  He holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Mathematics and Business from Arizona State University.


James (Jim) Armstrong
Jim Armstrong is Managing Partner of Canal Partners. In this role Mr. Armstrong is responsible for all aspects of the company including identification of potential acquisition targets, due diligence, financial analysis and final investment decision making.

In addition to his role with Canal Partners, Mr. Armstrong is chairman of the board of JDA Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS), which he founded in Calgary, Alberta in 1978. JDA Software is focused on helping companies quickly realize real supply chain and revenue management results. JDA Software delivers integrated merchandising as well as supply chain and revenue management planning, execution, and optimization solutions for the consumer-driven supply chain and services industries. Through its industry leading solutions, leading manufacturers, distributors, retailers and services companies around the world are growing their businesses with greater predictability and more profitably. Mr. Armstrong served as Chief Executive Officer of JDA Software from 1987 to 1997 and again from 1999 to 2003.

Mr. Armstrong serves on a wide range of boards and foundations. Along with serving as chairman of the board for JDA Software Group, Inc., he is on the board of JDA Investments, Omnilink Systems, Inc., he is president and chairman of the Armstrong Family Foundation, President and chairman of the Kiita Foundation and director of the Rancho Feliz Charitable Foundation. Additionally, he has received numerous awards and honors including Arizona Software Association Business Leader of the Year, Ernst and Young Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Ernst and Young Spirit of Philanthropy Award, Ed Denison Business Leader of the Year Award and National Society of Fundraising Executives Spirit of Philanthropy Award.


Todd Belfer
Todd Belfer is Managing Partner of Canal Partners. In this role, Mr. Belfer is responsible for all aspects of the company including identification of potential acquisition targets, due diligence, financial analysis and final investment decision making.

In addition to his role with Canal Partners, Mr. Belfer is managing partner of National PEO, a leading provider of human resources services to hundreds of companies in Arizona and across the United States. Mr. Belfer has a long history of entrepreneurship and has been involved with a wide range of businesses throughout his career. In 1990, he co-founded Employee Solutions, Inc., a professional employer organization that he helped take public in 1993 and was the highest performing stock on the NASDAQ in 1996. He also co-founded leading sports nutrition company M.D. Labs in 1993 and after realizing regular triple-digit growth sold his interest to a private equity firm in 2002. He was a founder of the successful Japanese restaurant chain RA, which has grown to more than 30 locations throughout the United States. In 2002, Mr. Belfer founded NETtime Solutions, a Software as a Service (SaaS) organization dedicated to delivering on-demand time and attendance service, where he remains as chairman.

Mr. Belfer has been a dedicated volunteer with Big Brothers and Big Sisters for over 10 years. Nationally, he is recognized for his work with The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and received the prestigious Regional Wings of Memory Society "Excellence in Leadership Award" presented by the United States Holocaust Museum in April 2006 for his ongoing support and dedication to the Holocaust Museum and its efforts. He is also a board member of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Mr. Belfer has a bachelor's degree in finance and a real estate degree from the University of Arizona.


Robert (Bob) Zimmerman, Esq.

Bob Zimmerman is a practicing attorney in Wausau, Wisconsin. Bob concentrates his practice in business related areas since he is a CPA, as well as an attorney. Bob received his CPA certificate while working in the tax department of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1977 to 1981. He assists clients with business formation, acquisition and merger, tax planning, estate planning, finance, real estate, partnerships, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships

Bob is a member of the Advisory Board of NETtime Solutions, a time and attendance business in Scottsdale, Arizona, as well as a board member of other non-publicly traded corporations. He is also the head of the Finance Committee at St. Michael's parish in Wausau, Wisconsin.


Timothy S. Jeffries
Tim Jeffries is the Founder of P7 Enterprises, a management consulting practice providing strategic support services to growth companies in various industries throughout the United States (www.p7enterprises.com). Jeffries is also a Managing Director of 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC, an investment banking firm focused on the under-served lower-middle market (www.1stWESTMA.com). In addition, Jeffries serves as Chairman of ChemResearch Company, Inc., Chairman of Contractors Wire & Cable, LLC; Chairman of Nuon, Incorporated, Vice Chairman of Mission Technology Group, Inc. (dba Magma), and an Independent Director of Merchants Information Solutions, Inc. and NETtime Solutions, LLC.

Previously, Jeffries served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mobility Electronics, Inc., a publicly-held company traded on NASDAQ. Jeffries served as Vice President of Client Solutions at Viacore, Inc., a leading-edge eCommerce company funded by Softbank Ventures, Cisco Systems, Dell Computer, Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Intel Corporation. Jeffries served as Vice President and General Manager of the Storage and Components Division and Vice President (and de facto General Manager) of the Strategic Vendor Sales Division of Ingram Micro, Inc., a Fortune 50 Company and worldwide leader in information technology (IT) distribution and services. Jeffries served as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Marketing of Intelligent Electronics, Inc., a Fortune 250 Company ultimately acquired by Ingram Micro, Inc. Jeffries also served as Director of North American Channel Sales at Novell, Inc.

Committed to serving others in Arizona, Jeffries serves as a Vice Chairman of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry where he serves as Chairman of the Political Affairs Committee. Jeffries serves as Chairman of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arizona and Board Secretary of Arizona Voice for Crime Victims (AVCV), Inc.

Committed to serving others throughout the USA, Jeffries serves on the Board of Directors of the National Organization For Victims Assistance (NOVA) where he serves as Chairman of the Human Resources Committee and the National Board of Trustees of Parents of Murdered Children (POMC) where he serves as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee. In addition, Jeffries serves on the MBA Alumni Council of the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Jeffries graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and from Duke University Fuqua School of Business with a Master of Business Administration.


Wain Kellum
Wain is the CEO of Omnilink Systems, a rapidly growing SaaS company in the location based services industry. Prior to establishing Omnilink as the market leader for software that tracks people and valuable assets, Wain served as President and CEO of a security software company, an eBusiness connectivity company and a professional services firm. Wain has a solid track record of rapid revenue growth and successful outcomes. He has experience organically growing companies, buying and integrating companies, forming strategic alliances and raising capital. He has completed a successful equity transaction with Microsoft and with Hewlett Packard (HP).

During the eighties, before starting and eventually selling his first company to HP, Wain gained experience as a business strategist for Dun & Bradstreet Software, as a manufacturing consultant for Ernst & Young and in sales for Management Science America, Inc. (MSA). 

Wain has investments in an assortment of private companies and currently serves on the board of NETtime Solutions. He has served as the Chair of TechBridge since 2007, a local nonprofit that helps other nonprofits in the greater Atlanta area to reach their potential through the application of technology. Wain also holds a seat on the board of NPower, the national network of organizations similar to TechBridge.

Wain was the recipient of the Southeastern AeA 2005 “Spirit of Endeavor” Award for Outstanding Leadership. In 2008, Wain was named one of the 25 most influential people in the southeast technology community by TechJournal South. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Georgia State University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
