Modified Generic Payroll Export
We added an option to include Custom Personal Fields.
Employee Labor Level Assignment Report
We added Employee Name and Number to each line of the report.
Non-Work Pay Type Hours by Day Report
We added an option to insert a page break between each employee.
Projected Wages & Clock In – Out Flags Reports
We added the ability to group by a single labor level.
Time Cards Not Approved By Employee Report
We added an option to show employees with no time on their time sheet.
Daily Report
The selected options are saved per report request instead of globally.
Benefit Request Report
We added filtering options for salaried and/or exempt status.
NETOne Updates

NETOne Labor Levels
Now, only active labor level details will be returned to the clock, which reduces clutter for employees who transfer between jobs.
PTO
Benefit balance information has been added to the “More options/PTO Requests” section. When the employee hits the Balance button on the PTO Request screen, it will show their current PTO balances of any benefit to which they are assigned.
Languages
We will release the Spanish feature before the end-of-the-year in the next update for the NETOne.
Biometric Enhancements
As a result of conversations with those of you who use the biometric NETOne, we have made a change to how the fingerprint devices are mounted on the clock. Starting in early December, NETOnes will ship with the fingerprint device at a 25° angle.
We also developed a fingerprint best practices guide to help you consistently register users at the clock.
Support Tips
Holidays
Call volume to our support team, this month, has mainly been regarding holidays. Holidays can be added for the end of the year by going to “Configuration/Holidays” and hit Add. It’s best to put all holidays in the same Holiday list, if possible. Older holidays can always be inactivated if you don’t want the clutter. Also, add next year’s holidays now, so your prepared for the new year.
