Overview:

NETtime Solutions recognizes the importance of securing privacy and our company is firmly committed to respecting and protecting its users’ private information. This statement details the types of personal information typically collected from registered and paying NETtime users and how NETtime Solutions protects those users' data from intrusion by, or exposure to, unauthorized third parties. This Statement applies to all contracts and agreements entered upon as of March 18, 2008; as well as all personal data over which NETtime Solutions’ has custody. This document will refer to “NETtime” the product, and to NETtime Solutions, our company.

NETtime Solutions’ Access To Personal Information:

Authorized use of NETtime occurs only when customers have entered a contract with NETtime Solutions. NETtime Solutions or its qualified subcontractors access this data for maintenance, review, or other legitimate business purposes. NETtime Solutions never reveals, sells, shares, or otherwise transmits its customers’ personal private data to unauthorized third parties. Customers have full access and control by updating or changing their personal information, securely, at any time. For this reason, NETtime Solutions makes no representations as to the accuracy and validity of any personal data traveling across its networks and stored in its servers - as that is within the customer's sole purview.

Security Measures:

NETtime uses 128-bit secure encryption technology for all transactions that are conducted through the customer portal and for authorized customers, but only for those customers using compatible browsers. For a list of browser capabilities, consult the browser developer's website. All current browsers in common use will support 128-bit encryption. If a customer is using older software without 128-bit support, NETtime will attempt to encrypt all data using 40-bit secure encryption.

Circumstances Under Which NETtime Solutions Will Share Information:

NETtime will only share customers' private information if it is absolutely necessary to comply with legal obligations relating to the administration of justice. If an issue should arise in which an investigation must be conducted to satisfy laws or regulations, legal process, or government data requests, then NETtime Solutions may elect to comply with such requests. NETtime Solutions may also share information with agencies that have a lawful right to access such information in instances such as, but not limited to, fraud, security, malfunctions, or when such information must be shared in order to protect itself from harm to the Company, its staff, or its users.

What Kind Of Information Is Collected:

The following types of personal information may be collected when using NETtime and thus becomes the property of NETtime Solutions to maintain and to protect. Cookies – Any Internet cookies or information mined therefrom will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

NETtime Solutions’ Further Steps To Securing Private Data:

NETtime Solutions takes all commercially reasonable and necessary steps to secure its users’ personal data. This protection extends to private information and NETtime Solutions strictly prohibits unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of such data. Any data retrieval is preceded by a request for identification of the individual to access the data, the data to be accessed or altered, and the purpose for doing so. NETtime Solutions rejects any unauthorized or unreasonably repetitive requests for access to data. In the unlikely event of unauthorized data intrusion, NETtime Solutions will protect its customers and seek prosecution under the Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. § 2701(a)-(c)) and other Federal or State provisions as they would apply.

Other Considerations:

This Statement does not apply to natural disasters, Acts of God, wars, riots, any major upheaval, or failure of a third party supplier or subcontractor to perform his or her duties and obligations between NETtime Solutions and its customers. This includes any act, natural or otherwise, which would prevent NETtime Solutions from performance despite their exercise of due care.   

Periodic Changes To This Policy:

The terms of this statement may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your express consent, and we expect no such changes would limit such. Regardless, we will provide actual notice if such changes occur, and, if the changes are significant, we will provide additional web-based notifications.
