3 Questions About Workforce Challenges

At the closing of each public webinar that we offer, there are always so many interesting questions from our attendees who join us live for the event. In last week’s webinar on predicting and avoiding workforce challenges before they happen, there were three questions that we believe many others may have as well:

How many different types of time off can stratustime®’s accruals module handle? For example, I have vacation days, sick days, jury duty, bereavement, etc. Is there a cap?

There is no cap to the amount of types of time off you can track with stratustime. You can have as many or as few as you need, and time off types can be added at any time.

Can only hourly employees be enrolled in points tracking? What if you have exempt employees who aren’t required to clock in, but you have someone who is often late or leaves early. Can the system generate the same types of notices?

The points tracking module in stratustime is triggered by employee schedules. The system can only know that an employee is 15 minutes late or 20 minutes early if that employee’s schedule is stored in stratustime.

Do you integrate with ERP systems, or only HRIS and payroll?

We’ve built integrations with a number of other HR software platforms, inlcuding ERP systems. Our most notable is our in-window integration with NetSuite.
